Hall Hire

We are pleased to offer our hall for hire. Our space is comfortable and well heated, with hardwood floors and natural light. It is suitable for committee meetings, educational groups and other similar activity groups. We can comfortably seat 50 people and have ample parking outside (time restrictions apply during business hours).

Casual Hall Hire Rates for 2022
Day Time Bookings Rate
Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm $ 147.00
Saturday OR Sunday; 9am to 5pm $ 181.00
Saturday AND Sunday including evening $ 363.00
Evening Bookings
Monday to Thursday; 5pm to 11pm $ 107.00
Friday; 5pm to 11pm $ 125.00
Saturday or Sunday; 5pm to 11pm $ 147.00
  • Half day bookings can be considered on request but are not available at all on weekends.
  • The hall can be made available for you any time after 9am.
  • If you would like to hire on a permanent basis, we are able to provide substantial discounts on hire cost.
  • Sorry but we do not hire out for parties, dance groups or similar social gatherings.
  • Discounts available for non-profit environmental groups.
Facilities included for your use are:
  • 70 fabric covered cushioned chairs
  • 7 tables (approx 5 ft in length)
  • 10 fold up tables (approx 6 ft in length)
  • Electric instant boiling water unit
  • Mugs and glasses for 70 people
  • Microwave oven
  • Projector & screen
  • Reverse cycle heating/air conditioning
